What is the Application Process?
Domestic Students:
A completed application form must be submitted, together with the student’s previous year’s school report and a reference from her current school. The student and her parents will attend for a personal interview with the Head of School, at which time he will review academic and personal reports and assess the student’s character and attitude.
International Students:
Students who are overseas are not expected to attend for a personal interview. These students will submit the completed application form, together with her previous two-year’s school reports and two letters of recommendation from the student’s current school.How long must I wait for acceptance/rejection?
A decision can be made relatively quickly and should take no longer than one week.

Are parents involved with the school?
Parents are actively involved in many areas of the school community:
- Parents’ Guild Association meet monthly
- Castle Boutique (a parent run store for the students)
- Many functions throughout the school year, both academic and social
- Participants in many focus groups
What facilities are available for boarders?
A wealth of activities are offered, divided in a unique way between an 1859 Castle, newer school additions and classrooms. We have a Pool & Fitness Centre available for the students’ use in the evening and weekends. Our Castle also houses a Chapel, Art Studio with darkroom, Resource Centre, fully equipped Science Labs, Dining Room, Concert Hall and a newly added Design & Technology Classroom. Within steps of the Castle is our state of the art Athletic Complex with oversized double gymnasium, softball, field hockey and soccer fields, plus three outdoor tennis courts. All facilities are available for the residential students’ use.
The majority of our students share a double room. All of our residence rooms are completely networked with full Internet and wireless access.
